HR Ccordinator - Human Resources Coordinator YRC Freight Employee Review

Extremely high turnover, they have been through many, many coordinators in last 2 years, 4 direct managers and 2 directors. You will be asked to go above and beyond with nothing in return. They have no budget for any increases and are bringing in staff at lower and lower pay. I have been in the industry for almost 20 years and have never experienced such a poor work environment. It was a very big let down in my career.
