Really great atmosphere and the employees there are very welcoming and supportive. I really enjoyed my time working for the family resource center in worcester.
Cons
the pay is low for the amount of work, time, and energy that each employee puts into each caseload that they have. The caseloads are often a bit overwhelming due to being a bit understaffed.
