Toxic director, manager, and leads. Bullying and backstabbing each other and other employees. Micromanagement at its finest really shows how incompetent they are, especially the Talent Acquisition Director, Manager, and Leads. I suggest terminating them and replacing them; that department will not be healthy and grow anymore as long as they're the ones who handle it.
One of their practices is to monitor your endorsements every day and check on you every day. The sourcing channel is only JobStreet; if you will not hit your endorsement for a week, you need to report onsite.
Most of them have no voice with the top management; they are just following orders, saying yes, and not thinking at all. If you raise any concerns or suggestions with them, they will take it personally and find a way to treat you badly.
The compensation, benefits, and incentives are not really good. Those incompetent director and manager are just a display and getting all the credits.
