Absolutely nothing that is not standard at any other German company.

The wage was well below market value and you were always being asked for more. The benefits were simply German standard so when taken into that context, it was nothing special and you'd expect no different elsewhere. If you want decent coffee, they make you pay for it. They offer free but inferior coffee. If you get sick, certain managers may start "caring" and start asking how they could help you. This can be interpreted as you wish. There was one point early on in the process where my wife was pregnant and I asked to spend more time, but was called back from work by my boss (not manager). With the experience I have now, I would've handled it differently. but at the time it was badly handled by everybody, including myself. If I could go back, I would stand up for myself. There's probably many more cons that I can't think of at the moment. Honestly, if you're a new graduate and/or unexperienced as a professional employee, stay away from this uncaring company that doesn't pay enough, who doesn't care about your professional growth, or you as a person.
