      Pros

      Flexible working hours - although works more to the benefit of YMCA as it means they get to keep you there for ridiculously long hours whilst they over work you.

      Cons

      Sometimes, on my commute I would pray I’d get hit by a bus so I wouldn’t have to go to that hell hole.

      Very Flexible working hour schedule and generous hybrid schedule. Also, You can be exposed to many other tasks.
