Very pushy Japanese management who do not present U.S business kosher practices. Training consists of (Being thrown into deep end to learn to swim mentality…) WTF.. You literally have to train yourself by reading outdated customer presentations stored away in folder. EVERYTHING is done via email and Excel, Half your day is spent searching through emails. No one can stand it. The office VP disappears for weeks on end. Many question if his PTO is ever documented. Upon his return he boasts about his vacations while the rest of us slave to meet the GP projection that only HE gets a bonus for. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.
