-Low pay however it has a good commision incentive for sales. -Very Poor Top management skills. Only looking at gross profit nothing else. -Commission incentive is making the organization messy. Everyone must compete internally in order to survive. Everyman for himself style. -Carrying heavy product is part of the daily job. -Does not follow YHI corporate culture and values. I bet no one knows about it. -There are good managers however they have no voice and power to change.
