The company has great potentials. It has a global footprint and coworkers are great!
Cons
If you want to develop a career, this place is not for you. There is no training and almost to none advancement opportunity. You would do the same thing day in and day out. They would say that "You are doing a great job!" but that never translates to a raise. Management sucks. The middle manager is dumb as a rock and everyone wonders how she got her job. Then she promoted other two incompetent "Team Leads", who lack the technical knowledge, project management and communication skills. All they do is making things more complicated than they need to be.
