Pros
Back of house employees made it worth while. Amazing and very heard working humans that deserved so much more pay than they were given. No pros otherwise.
Cons
-owner was money hungry with a lack of integrity and respect for employees -consistently showed and required employees to show favoritism to customers that were considered high profile or wealthy over anyone else -pay was awful -tips were even worse -there were roaches every where in the kitchen and the tea machines that were self serve and used all day long and we were told to not bring attention to it or our jobs were on the line. -they also consistently cross contaminated foods with customers that explicitly voiced allergy concerns literally risking health and well being of their own customers. -personally we went through 7 different managers in only 2 years and constantly hired under qualified management that were disrespectful, had favorites and genuinely unknowledgeable of their role and the industry.
