Pros
- Friendly, passionate and for the most part very competent people to directly work with - Great place to learn for Juniors, but have a back-up plan for "1-3 years in the future" - Berlin is a great place to be.
Cons
- CEO and upper management stuck in the past / living in a dreamworld - Projects have massive scope with no budget or resources to actually make those a reality - You have to literally fight for salary increases - You are seen as replaceable no matter how tremendous your contribution to a project is or was - People live in a "we never crunch" bubble that is just factually wrong - pretty much no R&D, all "as we go" - New project development in the hands of people who are the furthest from what today's gamer would think is enticing
