Pros

- Good product, has the potential to be competitive - Wednesday lunches - Some colleagues are smart & genuine people

Cons

- The company's strategy for addressing "culture" follows the very outdated practices of "culture fit" when it should be culture "add". - Their analogy of a high-performing sports team only works when management has the capacity to lead, which sadly they don't (the second lay-off is quite proof of this) - Typical lack of strategy. Most of the product delays happen because there's a new idea for the product and it results in the product stability being compromised. - Most of the setbacks were made due to poor financial decisions, planning, and the lack of trust with other team members.

> Brilliant colleagues > Flat hierarchies, no ego > A lot of effort to make colleagues feel fulfilled > A lot of responsibility if that is desired

Cons

Early-stage startups come with the good and the bad - fast pace but incredible learning opportunities; sometimes chaotic but very agile, longer working hours but true ownership

Pros

Company has a competitive edge in both product and market vision. The people have a sense of curiosity and ownership that reflects an entrepreneurial culture. Overall, lots of energy which is also reflected in the leadership.

Cons

It's a start up so you will see a lot of changes. There's no micro management and sometimes guidance must be sought out, not given.
