      Remote working for many offers flexibility; it's not 'checked' that you've worked 9-5!

      Cons

      A lot of legacy processes and people that are very task oriented. Those in HQ see to be 'safe' when efficiencies are being reviewed

      Pros

      Greatly knowledgeable employees that really care.

      Cons

      A managerless structure that creates a lot of arguing, including how to pay out commissions to a team with different compensations plans. Leadership is viewed as a negative as all decisions have to be made by team decisions making it very difficult to move forward with any planning or GTM strategies.
