Pros

They have a very responsive CEO and COO but good luck getting a chance to talk to them.

Cons

Nepotism and favoritism reign supreme here. If you have any kind of experience working in your position than you can expect to bang your head against the wall when you realize that none of the manager have any idea how to do their jobs on an enterprise level. The company is doing good but will be capped because of there refusal to remove old complacent managers from there positions for more qualified and experienced professionals. There is little to no structure at this company and also 0 growth, because if you weren't there from the beginning than don't expect to ever receive advancement. There are about 8 extended families that destroy the whole corporate structure due to nepotism.

Pros

The building is fairly new.

Cons

Never recommend this company to anyone looking for a fair or professional work environment. My experience here was incredibly upsetting, primarily due to the overwhelming nepotism and favoritism. Your individual talent will be exploited, only for ownership to send the most unqualified individuals for training opportunities or handing out awards based on others merits. Only in a dysfunctional organization like this can an individual that barely got through high school, magically get a high level technical position working with SAP. It’s clear that promotions and opportunities are often based on who you know in the family. If you’re not valued or are part of the “inner circle,” no amount of hard work or dedication will get you anywhere. Ownership, more often than not, prioritize other family members and close friends over skilled or qualified employees. This favoritism extends beyond promotions—day-to-day decisions and resource allocation are heavily influenced by who has the ear of a Blackburn, leaving employees who actually do their jobs without recognition or support. It’s insulting to see that effort, experience, and competence don’t matter. The atmosphere feels more like a high school clique than a professional workspace. Overall, steer clear of this company if you value fairness, honesty, transparency, and opportunities based on merit.
