      Pros

      Personally working with a group of good people, the general foreman is understanding and fair, and they offer health care plans as well as the opportunity for employees to invest in the company.

      Cons

      The salary for the chipper operations crew lead and crew members is not high enough in my opinion as a Chipper truck/operations crew leader and I don't think enough employees have access to personal transportation for which could be beneficial in several aspects.

      I seem to have hit a wall in the pay. Im told I cant get over 23.50, but the company is hiring in Virginia and paying 27.50 for someone who Would be under me
