Leadership is approachable and supportive, and I’ve learned so much in my time at Xurrent. Working here has been a positive experience. The people are genuinely kind, collaborative, and easy to work with. There’s a strong sense of trust and openness, and it’s easy to ask questions, share ideas, or just brainstorm together when something needs solving. Leadership is approachable and genuinely listens, feedback is taken seriously, and it often leads to real change. The flexibility is also something I really value. Work-life balance is respected, and it’s nice to have that understanding when life happens. The company also gives autonomy to take ownership of projects. If you’re a self-starter, you’ll have the freedom to build processes and influence decisions.

Like any company that’s growing, we’re still figuring out some of our processes. Things move quickly, and sometimes priorities shift, but there’s always a willingness to collaborate and adjust together.
