      - Tasks are doable and easy - Managers and directors are understanding and take the time to listen - Relatively flat structure - Easy to coordinate / discuss with colleagues

      Cons

      - Weak SOPs with no one platform / software to use for processes, and no set standard for outputs - Although managers and directors are understanding, it can be a little lenient with output quality
