Here I am shivered by all these resolute feedbacks, Allow me to bestow over the genuine standing on the truth. So there are two gangs, you heard me right GANGS first the CEO hometown another the state thing. The first one does nothing and the second one again does zero. wait, they do ....apparently, there was some fight thing amongst them! :) Sales: joke of the century; the only ray of comfort is team head but again nobody frets over his expertise. HR: clueless over existence; no misdemeanor Marketing: some random gal.; believes comely but no thank you, lady,; no misdemeanor !! Data science: clueless over existence; no misdemeanor Customer provider team: won't work + won't let you work; there is some kind of "I am in this business from last 7-8 years; shut up and don't utter a word" thing. CEO / COO/ CFO etc.: true ringmaster ...over some ego trip I was a character of this circus; I vow I entered with all my heart, spirit and abundant potential but in recompense what you get? they even delay food and travel bills man.. special gratitude to the lady at reception; mere receptionist but gonna give you feeling of CEO(planning to devote a book: 2k tricks whence to be pathetically jobless) last but unquestionably not the lease head of engineering team: he does everything to malign you but not sufficient enough bro.

Pros

- Free south indian lunch - Some old employees are really good in what they do. Hence good exposure for freshers

Cons

It seems the HRs are spending quite a lot of their time in bringing up the ratings here in glassdoor. What is mentioned as pros in many of them are absolute deceit. Claim : Maintain good standards and relationship between employee and management - Standards ? Do you guys even know what standards are ? Claim : Hikes are good - I have been working here for the past 3-4 years. There are no formal appraisals. Even if it happens, it will be only to thrash you down with derogatory and condescending words and finally to create a sense that you have been doing a really bad job. Claim : Umpteen chances of Onsite in every account. - Please tell us more about these "onsite" accounts ? Truth being told they don't even have local clients. There was one onsite client in the past. The client left their services because of their "efficacy". Claim : Located at global village, have good transport felicities - Are you telling that the transportation is good because it is located in bangalore / whitefield ? I have to admit that you guys indeed have a good sense of humor :)

Pros

Working in up trending technology - Hadoop etc. Product Idea was very good few years back, may be getting outdated with many more advanced platforms Good place for freshers 0-2 experience levels, good facility and free food Decent Salary and Perks for all levels Good location and work space with decent infrastructure Excellent place for Interns from Eng colleges, Linkedin has more past interns than current employees No hierarchy, Flat structure of management. Everyone kind of reports to the CEO Very young & technical team. Company has 30 people including 15 Fresher (0-2 years). Average experience level about 3 years

Cons

Lacks basics working of IT / Product company .. Missed / poor client deliverable leading to low client approval ratings and repeat business Hire and fire, people are recruited in anticipation of projects Joining letter is a one sided legal document in favour of company . Incuding 6 Months one sided Notice period (not communicated in offer letter) 9 am - 9 pm Job expectations. Zero work life balance. Future prospects are not really clear due lack in direction Not recommended for any Middle / Senior level Technology or Management professional All non-founder Mid / Senior Employees in last 6 years have moved on in average 4-8 months All roles and decisions - small or big are currently handled by CEO directly Company may have slight preference for Kerla origin candidates
