Unfair treatment - Senior Sales Advisor Xupes Employee Review

SOME nice people in the sales teams

-Management are bullies and degrade the rest of staff who aren’t as high up -Pretty much non existent HR and when something was reported it was pushed aside and made excuses for the person who was in the wrong -Poorly run company overall -No benefits -Only close friends of the CEO got offered health care and other benefits even though they weren’t the ones doing the hard work -3 million pounds was spent on a new building in the middle of nowhere which led to them not having money to pay employees and also leading to them being made redundant -no progression whatsoever

Being part of an exciting growth journey. I feel valued at Xupes and the CEO is inspirational. My career and skills have grown at Xupes and I always feel I can be honest and have opinions. No one is treated as ‘just a number’ at Xupes and I am proud to work here. It’s been a challenging time with Covid but the team have pulled together and I work with lovely people.

Resourcing, consistency in processes and keeping in line with market factors. All to be expected though in a growing Company.
