high quality work environment and atmosphere. Emphasis on producing high quality products as per FDA guidance.

No real cons, I enjoy working at Xttrium. Maybe the long commute from city, but that's it.

Clean environment, you get 1 hour for lunch, 7-4 way shift and it was pretty nice. Some nice people in the production area

Well I for one had a bad experience. I was told I would be give one week to see if I could handle the job which involved some heavy lifting along with using a pallet jack. I had never used one before so naturally I looked stupid trying to operate one. After that struggle my manager told .e after only working g there for 2 days that he was firing me because he didn't want me to hurt myself because I couldn't handle the heavy lifting. But he didn't really give my a chance to prove myself and the heavy lifting is only a small part of the job! So why would you let me go after only 2 days!!!!!
