No cons from my side

Besides having great infrastructure and being one of the fastest growing companies in Jaipur, Xtreem has something special. This is the place where you will love being, for more than your 10 working hours. You will enjoy your work, and you will get an environment to enjoy healthy competition with others. And need not to mention, there are seniors who are always there to help you. Mr. Vikas and Mr. Shiv have created an environment which is highly fruitful to employees. Trust me, you are not an employee here, you are a member of Xtreem family, and you will get all respect and love that you get at your family. But yes, we still deliver the quality. After all, delivering over 1200 projects in mere 8 years cannot be a joke. Love being here, and would love being here for many more years to come. P.S - when it comes to salary, Xtreem is far ahead of other IT companies out there. Ask any employee here to verify.

If you are not serious for your future, Xtreem is not for you. There will be no managers on your head forcing you to do what you don't want to do. So those who are not focused may find it an amusement park. However, loss will be their's only...:)
