1. Professional Politics between colleagues. 2. They will not provide an offer letter even after 1 year and experience letter even if you resigned properly and serve notice period. 3. Worst HR. He just passes the information from the management to the employees. He doesn't even pass the information to the management about employee concerns. If we raise our voice he will start targeting and play with us by deducting the salaries. 4. Worst management focuses only on politics even if we give our 100% efforts. 5. We just need to nod our heads for what they say, even if we are not comfortable. 6. They Play with employees salaries, feelings and emotions 7. If you are given a placement for a year continuously and not given a placement for 1 month, they will hold the salaries. 8. If you're a person who is completely depends on salaries i recommended to not to join in this company. They will suck your blood.
