Bright Future! - Sales Xssentials Employee Review

I've loved working for this company for 20+ years. Many of my coworkers have been here for many years as well. Although there are multiple offices, each one feels like a small local family. I started with little experience and grew through various roles in the company over the years.

It's fun to live in resort areas where our offices are located, but the cost of living can be high. It's worth it for the right person who is motivated to live in such a nice area.

Bait and Switch on employment contract. Shady business practices with customers. SEVERELY high employee turnover rate. Understaffed. Sales team sells un-proven products based solely on what provides the best margins, without trained technicians to properly install the technology. Unfinished projects and/or leaving projects once basic install is done, and not completely configuring and testing products before handing off to client.
