Excellent work environment and friendly coworkers - Applications Developer Xpressdocs Employee Review

The people that work here in the dev department are great. Laid back, friendly, bit on the goofy side. The work itself is interesting and fast-paced, but more than 40 hrs/week is never expected. There is complicated business logic and most devs get experience in a variety of languages and are full-stack. The manager/CTO, Moqtadir, is highly flexible, intelligent, and genuinely kind person. The department is growing and expanding into new arenas, and educational reimbursement exists.
