- Lots of in-house role fulfillment as employees are promoted or change department. - A culture team dedicated to creating employee team building/ mixers and highlighting diversity. - Decent employee benefits package, hybrid WFH, understanding and flexibility from management when it comes to personal commitments, health appointments etc. - Encouraging and supportive management, and company leadership course opportunities. - A CEO that is interested in evolving and innovation. - Employee awards and Bonusly points that convert into money or giftcards

- not a big deal but comunal areas could be more functional (e.g. there’s tons of cabinet space but not enough microwaves, we could do with more more comfortable seating, tvs or an arcade game to encourage break room talk)

The culture at Xpressdocs was great in my area. Everyone was helpful and very open to speaking about their roles and how they impacted one another.

The market approach and where they focused their value or products didn't really match and adapt to the current markets.
