3yThanks for taking the time to share your feedback. It’s great to hear you enjoyed the people you worked with. We think our Xplorers are pretty great too.
That said, we’re sorry to hear that you don’t think our company vision is clear, and that we’re not investing in our people. At Xplor, our purpose is simple – to help people succeed. And to bring that purpose to life, we have quarterly global All Hands sessions with our CEO and the executive team, and then each vertical has more regular Town Hall events, to get into the detail. Along with regular 1:1s and team meetings, we think this is the right mix of forums to be able to hear from leaders at all levels, about our Xplor-wide and then team specific goals. We’ll continue to invite every Xplorer to these global All Hands sessions to hear directly from our leaders. During our latest All Hands, the leadership clearly shared the product strategy for the year, which has been followed up with at a vertical level since. This information is then shared again on Workplace, so we’d encourage you to make sure you’re asking for help if you’re not sure where to find the information you’re after.
Because of how quickly we’ve grown, we know things don’t always work as smoothly as they should, but we’re making progress on this all the time. We’re proud of how far we’ve come already, and we believe there’s great things ahead.
