Pros
1. Great work life balance. 2. Employee Friendly Policies like free food, travel facility, gym reimbursement, etc. 3. They encourage to work on patents. 4.. Easily accessible upper management. 5. Good opportunities to take up responsibilities roles outside of assigned tasks.
Cons
Loads of work on some teams so need to stretch a bit but good point is that there isn't any overhanging work pressure to get things done quick.
