Pros
My experience after being associated to this company for 3 years now: 1) Flexible working hours policy. 2) Manager understands employee issues and take care of it on individual basis 3) No Micro-Management from Xoriant Management 4) Random Onsite opprtunity. Atleast in my project :-)
Cons
1) Infrastructure need to be upgraded. Sitting chairs are not comfortable for employees to sit and work whole day. 2) Sysnet team and Admin team need to be more pro-active 3) Licenses should be purchased from Online Certification portal for employees to upgrade their skills
