Pros

Career Development: Tons of opportunities to grow and get promoted, even if you’re working remotely. Supportive Leadership: Our leaders—from middle management to the CEO—don’t just sit back. They jump in, help out, and actually listen to feedback. It’s awesome to see changes happen because of what we share! Culture Shift: Our new CFO is really shaking things up in the best way, making the company culture stronger and more positive. Impactful Projects: It’s amazing to work with engineers on projects that create everything from devices that go inside people’s bodies to parts that go into space. Being part of that process is both exciting and rewarding!

Cons

Lots of Changes: There have been quite a few changes during my time here, which can be a little overwhelming. But I believe these changes are needed to take Xometry to the next level in the Enterprise space!

Pros

Can only speak for the product side of things: Good amount of smart people with diverse backgrounds. There is a lot of space to make an impact on the product. Many parts of the product are not at their potential so there is potential for huge company wins. Starting to hit our stride in terms of how we think about opportunities, product ideas, and implementation. Pace is fast but manageable. Will keep your mind fresh.

Cons

Occasional alignment chaos but it is definitely getting better as we create better operating models. Ambiguities sometimes manifests in teams rowing in slightly different directions. Coworkers can be pretty direct to a fault. Org needs to work on team mentality and just generally being respectful of each other in every way.

Pros

- Flex PTO was nice - Decent work life balance - Remote work

Cons

- When I received my promotion I was told that I would get back pay for the start of the year, they cancelled that and only gave us stock options -HR messed up my W2 more than once, AND DIDN'T PAY me one time. They accidentally switched my role to hourly when I was a salaried employee. - My manager promised I promotion that came a year late with a 2% salary increase.. - There was no growth trajectory - My manager lied to me on multiple occasions
