      Pros

      I have been here about a year and it’s been a great experience so far. The team is really passionate about their work and are so mission focused. Everyone goes above beyond, not only on their own work, but also to help each other out. The company is experiencing a ton of growth but is striving to keep all the positives of a dynamic and innovative startup culture.

      Cons

      The opportunity to get involved and impact the business is great, but it can get busy at times. And with the growth the company has been experiencing, there are still some growing pains with systems and process improvements, but I guess that comes with the territory.

      Pros

      Can only speak for the product side of things: Good amount of smart people with diverse backgrounds. There is a lot of space to make an impact on the product. Many parts of the product are not at their potential so there is potential for huge company wins. Starting to hit our stride in terms of how we think about opportunities, product ideas, and implementation. Pace is fast but manageable. Will keep your mind fresh.

      Cons

      Occasional alignment chaos but it is definitely getting better as we create better operating models. Ambiguities sometimes manifests in teams rowing in slightly different directions. Coworkers can be pretty direct to a fault. Org needs to work on team mentality and just generally being respectful of each other in every way.

      - Flex PTO was nice - Decent work life balance - Remote work

      Cons

      - When I received my promotion I was told that I would get back pay for the start of the year, they cancelled that and only gave us stock options -HR messed up my W2 more than once, AND DIDN'T PAY me one time. They accidentally switched my role to hourly when I was a salaried employee. - My manager promised I promotion that came a year late with a 2% salary increase.. - There was no growth trajectory - My manager lied to me on multiple occasions
