Pros
Some of the best people on the planet work here, lots of free snacks and lunches, benefits are good, work from home is good, flexibility in a lot of ways, work-life-balance is good sometimes.
Cons
Management at Xola flushes money down the toilet. The San Fran and Houston offices each spent something like $10,000 on tables alone for the dining areas, and even more for decorations and for gifts for people getting married and having children (I'm not against this - it just isn't financially responsible to do it to this extent) and because of bad decision after bad decision, Xola had to let go whole teams of people in Houston and SF. People they could have held on to, had they made more fiscally responsible decisions.
