      Good work-life balance. Good Company, Services, Capabilities & value offering. Good Company ethics & social community

      Cons

      Too many short term projects/assignments. Limited exposure to regional areas with the maximum commercial value. Too overexposed to New Energies project that are loss making.

      Pros

      A very good group of people to work with and very flexible I working conditions.

      Cons

      Poorly managed company and no trust. Company is closing US offices and everyone is being laid off months after flying the whole team to Houston and holding an in person strategy workshop.
