Pros

1. Remote work 2. Love the clients 3. The ceo is really personable and kind. 4. A really strong sales team that's great at what they do in explaining the product at a high level.

Cons

1. Insufficient Training and Onboarding Support New employees are not provided with comprehensive training or clear resources. When constructive feedback and suggestions are shared, they are often met with resistance rather than consideration. 2. Inconsistent and Unfair Evaluation Practices There is a noticeable lack of consistency in performance evaluations. Some team members are treated unequally, with certain individuals being required to conduct product demos while others are exempt, creating an unfair dynamic. 3. Lack of Informed and Supportive Management Management appears to lack full product knowledge yet holds new employees—still in the learning phase—to unrealistic standards, often penalizing them for gaps in understanding. 4. Unrealistic Ramp-Up Expectations There is little to no grace period for new hires. The expectation is to become fully proficient in the product within the first month, regardless of complexity or lack of available training.
