      Benefits are good. Pay sucks.

      Cons

      Management is TERRIBLE. They yell at everyone. If you aren’t performing well, they don’t tell you. They just fire you. They favor people for Nikola and Silent Air. If you aren’t part of the clique, you have zero chance. They say their facility has AC, but it SUCKS. They won’t let you wear personal fans. It’s all show and no substance.

      has enough money to hire active recruiters

      Cons

      Don't bother, your application will be automatically rejected by AI despite having multiple recruiters posting online about openings. There are MULTIPLE comments on their job postings asking for a response. It is baffling how this company invests in an army of recruiters who attended a no-name university and cannot handle the basic roles of a desk job, yet simultaneously allows so much overqualified talent to slip through the cracks.
