Pros
Incredibly good pay for people working at the summer camps. Engaging, comfortable and enjoyable workspace. Dormitory and 3 meals a day are provided, you are not charged for them like some Summer Camps do. Some opportunities for progression over the time you spend working at camp.
Cons
Some days you can be working flat out, can be very draining but is still rewarding. The quality of the management team has a big effect on how good your time is, thankfully for the time I spent working at the UK camps the management team was always incredible and supported staff well.
