      25-50% profit cut after you have covered all the costs you are not forced to trade in a certain manner you have complete freedom

      Cons

      miss out on social life due to timings pressure of PnL sheet can get to you at times

      Pros

      1 )They understand newly recruit trader's mentality and give them enough time to mature as a professional trader. 2) No politics in the company, earning is directly proportional to your applied skills 3) chilled ambience, colleagues are very intelligent

      Cons

      9 hrs work per day, compare to some other countries 1 hr slightly more.
