Pros

Incredibly friendly and helpful colleagues.

Cons

I used to appreciate the flexibility of working hours that allowed us to put in extra time during non-office hours without receiving overtime pay. However, the recent changes have left me extremely frustrated and dissatisfied. The new policy enforces strict punctuality, monitors our daily office hours with a scrutinizing eye, yet it still doesn't compensate us for overtime work. What's even more infuriating is the requirement to maintain an incredibly detailed daily log, accounting for every minute of our time. This level of micromanagement is suffocating and undermines our trust and autonomy as employees. In addition to these oppressive policies, the promises of increasing life credit have been lingering unfulfilled for a staggering two years. This not only reflects poorly on the company's integrity but also impacts our overall job satisfaction and motivation. Moreover, the parking allowance provided falls significantly short of covering the actual costs, leaving employees to bear an unfair burden. To make matters worse, the salary offered remains well below the market range, making it increasingly challenging to meet our financial needs and expectations. It's disheartening to witness a company shift from a flexible and accommodating work culture to one that seems focused on control and cost-cutting at the expense of employee morale. These changes have left me deeply unsatisfied, demotivated, and contemplating my future within the organization.

Pros

It is fun working here. Every day you get the chance to try out new stuff here.

Cons

Hmm… where should I start? First and foremost, I believe the boss is highly unethical. The boss has instructed us to pretend to be potential clients and contact our competitor company to gain an opportunity to install their system and test it out. Besides, the engineer here is incompetent and lazy at the same time, very egotistical. They will tell you the feature is not doable or give you an unrealistic timeline, while others already have the feature, so why is it not doable? Also, the company hired too many engineers, which causes most of them to have nothing to do. Every day we can see they either sleep in the office or play games. If you are a newcomer, the senior will look down on you and will not accept your opinion. They will always think they are right. The company used to prioritize work-life balance and performance. However, the current work culture has shifted, and instead of focusing on results, they now expect employees to work at least 9 hours a day. As a result, many colleagues want to achieve 9 hours. They will stay in the office doing nothing, chit chatting, gaming, watching movies etc. The BD and project team are also terrible at managing customer expectations. They overpromise what can and cannot be delivered, and they lack clarity on their requirements, which keep changing. After the engineers complete the work, the features remain unused. They also didn’t pay attention during the meeting and, after the work is done, they ask questions about what was done and why it was done that way, while the engineers are following their requirements to deliver the project.

Pros

Provide free courses to attend and learn.

Cons

Lately, the company has begun implementing a series of new rules and policies, making it seem like it's striving to become an MNC-style company. However, despite this shift, the benefits offered by the company remain unchanged and are not on par with those offered by other companies.
