There are some very good people at the company who are very passionate about the mission.

- Many employees are careless and management does nothing about it -Management is not aligned and causes a lot of confusion around priorities - Many people are overworked and overwhelmed, but nothing is done about it - The people who are vocal about the problems are considered "difficult" and ignored instead of management doing anything about it. - Lack of upward mobility for many employees
