Thanks so much for the kind words and appreciate you writing, and all your and the teams' hard work on making operations run ever smoother. James (CEO)
good team, lunches on one weekday. not much more. I was grateful for everything I learned. but still feel that It was learning against the current with not much support or engouement
Nothing is done in this regard except for the provision of free food on certain days
Cons
It is a highly toxic & negative work environment where employees do not feel valued. The CEO has poor people management skills and is uninterested in working on improving this: he hires immigrants and exposes them to verbal abuse.
