Pros
Some employees are hard working. Good first job as there is little clear definition of roles and accountability so you would get lots of varied experiences. The management has tried and struggled to define cultures and values that are meaningful, but at least they are trying.
Cons
Struggling to define the growth path of the company Management has been doing it so long in a vacuum they have lost perspective on what a healthy growing company looks like. Many co-workers phoning in their efforts on the job (including senior management) which creates a bad the work ethic which is very sporadic across the organization. Biggest issue is that sales are transactional and the product is a commodity so it is hard to differentiate so cost is the only place to stand apart from the competition.
