      I worked at Xigmapro Software full-time

      Most unprofessional company in Kolkata, they play with employees career, they are not giving salery after employee resignation, hire and fire policy applicable in this company. Management is not good . If any employee absent for one day they will sacked that employee.

      With my 10 yrs of experience and worked in over 4 different companies, Xigmapro was the best. I learned there so many new technologies which gives my career a new shape. Now i am using a small business owner and the knowledge get from xigmapro is helping me every day.

      Nothing. Best management and team leads i have worked with.

      It was My first job here at Xigmapro and i really learned a lot here. They have very experienced and helpful people.

      Not really. If you are lazy and not committed to your job then probably this is not the right place for you
