Good for 1-2 years - Analyst Xicon Solutions Employee Review

It's hard to praise this company enough. They treat their employees with an immense amount of respect and always go above and beyond for them. Amongst some of the pros are excellent salaries, yearly bonuses, great company culture, very responsive HR, and honestly all around good and genuine folks. Also, would like to mention there pretty over the top (in a good way) company parties!

I wouldn't say that there is any downsides to working here.

The company is really great. The owners care about the employees. Benefits are awesome.

Contracting jobs eventually end. The potential for growth really depends on your contract and not on the company itself.
