Working for them. They don't care about the people working for them at all. They terminated over 50 people after acquiring the business on a zoom call after assuring everyone they would be keeping their job. Supervisor from hell got to keep their job so you tell me. They claim to be the best of the best in medical billing but this was hands down the worst training experience. It was an absolute clustercuss. They never even took the time to fully understand what we did to help us succeed with the transition. The new software was light years ahead of the old. Billers did not do claims which was suddenly part of our job. It was terrible. I cried weekly trying to figure it all out. Not enough pay for the headache.
