Pros
- Amazing culture: very inclusive, collaborative, and learning oriented - Senior management and team leads are team players and involved, you won't be micromanaged or left alone either - Friendly group, really feels like it's a bunch of friends working together toward a common objective - Inclusive organization that values everyone's skills and backgrounds - Unlimited PTO/vacation, and they mean it! You have to take a minimum of 2 weeks but there's no max (use within reason)
Cons
- Still a growing organization so a lot of growing pains especially within HR/operations - As they are a professional services centric company, you likely will be moved around between multiple projects (this can also be a pro if you want to learn lots of tech)
