Pros

It's a good job if your technical, enjoy driving - a lot - are customer service oriented, enjoy troubleshooting, working alone, taking things apart (disassembly/reassembly), cleaning machines of all sizes (lots of cleaning), and performing software & hardware repairs.

Cons

Can be very demanding at times due to meeting jobs-per-day quota. The company went through a major layoff recently, and it was difficult to advance technically if you are a quick learner and performer. Maintaining your own vehicle inventory via their own proprietary inventory software management system(s) was laborious, tedious and challenging to learn at first (not intuitive at all).
