Good company bad menagers - Customer Agent Representative Xerox Employee Review

Bad menagers. Especialy Erik Luursema that is not even concerned to evaluate their employees at a proper way. There is no comunication about your progress at all. Just some useless percentage calculations without clear feedback. They just let you do "your thing" and they will fire you. That was Xerox for me.
