      Pros

      Decent work-life balance. Engineering talent is pretty good in most areas. The technology is interesting My commute isn't bad The restrooms are kept clean

      Cons

      Morale is extremely low and getting lower with every Sr. Management move. No pay increase in the last 5 years for a high percentage of the workforce Bureaucratic policies Inability to make decisions on the simplest things Investment in R&D is on a serious decline

      Pay is not on par with competition and raises are very hard to get. If you don't get what you are looking for when hired you will likely never get it.
