Flexible Schedule and Interesting work, but poor job security. - Engineer Xerox Employee Review

Xerox is a great company to work for in terms of the actual work done. The engineering teams work well together and the environment is collaborative and interesting. The work done is fun and challenging. The hours are standard, although one might understandably have to work stretches of long overtime to meet deadlines, but that's not a negative thing and is expected with engineering work. The compensation package is competitive.
