      The work was interesting, the salary was good and I enjoyed the people I worked with.

      Cons

      The management was hit or miss. The company has gone downhill lately and I dont know what the working environment is now.

      Pay is not on par with competition and raises are very hard to get. If you don't get what you are looking for when hired you will likely never get it.
