Pros
The people at Xerox are marvelous. Both my immediate co-workers, and the various folks I interacted with were awesome to work with and worked hard. A compassionate, smart group of people.
Cons
The business is too big and can't make enough revenue to match the number of people it needs. It'll probably have to cut back on more folks unless it can re-capture market share.
