      Pros

      Any job is better than no job. If you prefer to flannel, spend time waffling in meetings and coast you may well get away with it as the company doesn't seem to have the ability to distinguish between the talented and the incompetent.

      Cons

      Doesn't seem to support staff with services, facilities, up-to-date equipment, career development or financial recognition and promotion for good work.

      Pay is not on par with competition and raises are very hard to get. If you don't get what you are looking for when hired you will likely never get it.
